Product Returns

The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
The wrong product has been delivered.
The product has not been installed, used, or modified.
The product is returned with its original packaging, accessories, and purchase invoice.

Customers should contact us as soon as possible after receiving the product to report any damage or issue.

Non-Returnable Products

Refunds

Once a returned product has been received and inspected, QR Corporation will inform the customer whether the return or refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed according to the applicable payment method and company policy.

Exchanges

We may replace a product if it is confirmed to be defective or damaged and meets our return conditions. Replacement is subject to product availability.

Installation & Services

Installation, repair, maintenance, copper piping, and other service charges are generally non-refundable once the service has been completed, except where an issue is caused by our service team.

Warranty

Warranty claims will be handled according to the manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions. Customers may be required to provide the original invoice or proof of purchase.
